Order Notes

1. Please note that all transactions will be carried out in Sterling.

2. Once you have the goods you require in your basket you may either pay by cheque or by credit card (PayPal)

a. If paying by cheque
continue through the order process; this will send us your order in the form of an email. Your order will be made up awaiting your cheque or postal order which you should send to the same address below. Your order email will contain a unique reference number should you need to contact us. It will also contain the address details to post the cheque to.

b. If paying by credit card – PayPal
If you have elected to pay by Credit or Debit Card you will be transferred to PayPal for payment authorisation. Your details are secure at all times and Credit card details are not collected or stored by The Lancashire Towel Company for additional security

3. Ordering from Abroad
If you are ordering from abroad please select the pay by cheque option as we will need to individually calculate your postage. This can then be paid online via PayPal. Full instructions are provided in an email. These instructions will include your postage costs so please examine this email before making your payment.

4. Please note that if delivery is outside of the UK we will contact you about postage costs. 
This will depend on location and goods ordered

5. Items Not Received
Please contact us if the item has not been received by you within 14 days of the order. Items cannot be claimed for if this 14 day period has elapsed.
